Typical modules related to sustainable forest management, ecosystem sampling and inventory methods, photo interpretation, hydrologic resources, road condition, project impact analysis, best management practices. Topics covered vary from term to term depending on the priority for learning modules. Residency at Swanton Pacific and extended field trips required. 8 lectures, 4 activities. Prerequisite: Completion of GE Area B and consent of instructor. Recommended: Junior or senior standing. Crosslisted as HNRS/NR 475.
The fee for this course is $3399 which includes a $400.00 non-refundable deposit due within 3 days of registration.  Remainder of fee is due no later than 5/26/18.

Refund Policy
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing. Any refund amount will be calculated based on the following:

-Withdrawal received 60 calendar or more days prior to start date, 100% reversal of fees
-Withdrawal received 59 - 30 calendar days prior to start date, 75% reversal of fees
-Withdrawal received 29 or less calendar days prior to start date, 0% - NO REFUND
